Proven Trial Experience and Community Involvement
Todd started his legal career as a public defender, representing
indigent clients facing criminal charges. He holds a
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the
University of Oregon, and he earned both his
Juris Doctor (JD) and MBA from
Willamette University.
In 2006, the Oregon State Bar honored Todd with the
Pro Bono Student of the Year award for his community service—
he volunteered more hours that year than any other law student or attorney in Oregon.
His dedication to justice is further demonstrated by his role as a
Guardian Member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association.
